Aims and Objectives:
The Tayba Trust is a non-political and not-for-profit body whose aim will be to provide the means for the betterment of all Muslim leaders, Mosques, Islamic schools and institutions.
The Tayba Trust provides a forum for religious leaders (Ulama and Imams) to collectively dispense religious guidance and opinion for the betterment of all Muslims. The Tayba Trust endeavours to support the Imams in their personal and religious development, allowing them to be more effective in dispensing their responsibilities to the Muslim community.
The Tayba Trust also works in partnership with Mosques, Islamic schools and Muslim organisations to provide Islamic literature, resources and materials for the betterment of all Muslims.
The Tayba Trust endeavours to establish programmes and provide services to support the Muslim community in matters related to education, culture, social issues, health, economic matters and religious advice.
Educational Framework:
The Tayba Trust aspires to become a hub for resources, materials, publications, literature and services for the Muslim community.
Wherever possible, the Tayba Trust works in partnership with other Sunni organisations which adhere to the same religious ideals and practices and share resources, materials and literature which may not already be available to the wider Muslim community.
The Tayba Trust works to challenge extreme theologies and practices which have tainted moderate Islam by generating materials, resources, publications and literature wholly supported by the Holy Quran, the perfect Sunnah of our Prophet (peace be upon him) and the practices of his Companions and pious successors.
By adhering to the educational framework and working towards the aims and objectives of the Tayba Trust as framed in the constitution and standards of the organisation, the Tayba Trust will be able to empower Imams and Mosques to better serve the Ummah.
